A picture of a Trip Around the World in that line is also available as a kit, to give you an idea. It's not a difficult quilt to do, and you've got a lot of the cutting already done by buying a jelly roll.

One jelly roll, without adding to it, won't give you a terribly large quilt, so it depends partly on how big you are wanting to make it. From Jo's Country Junction, I made Chain of Faith (actually liked it so much I bought the same fabric she used in hers). If you do a search for that, you will be able to find the pattern, either on her site or on Moda bakeshop. It uses every smidge of 2 jelly rolls.
I LOVE the fabric line. Too much red? Heck no!
