Hi all, I've been following along and enjoy reading everything. I won't be starting at the same time as you all. We have to go back east and won't be back till around the end of August. So I will play catch-up in Sept.
I have my book and started printing patterns. I also have 30's fabric galore and have bought the 30's plain colors to go with. Am considering buying a pack of 30's 5" charms from Missouri Star. Right now their special is a 30's charm pack for $1.88. Even with shipping this is a great deal. You'd be surprised what you can get out of a charm when doing small blocks like these.
I think I will take my book with me and read it while we are driving or should I say while my dh is driving! I'll be taking my iPad with me so I will be be able to eavesdrop. LOL!
