I'm not sure that I would leave it. It does look just fine, but my OCD would kick in and I think it would bother me. How much OCD do you have? If the answer is not much, then leave it. You did buy both sides of the fabric after all. You could use a couple more of the upside down colors and convince yourself that you meant to do that. I don't think it would bother me as much if there were several pieces that way.

I'm in the same OCD boat as you...I could say I'd leave it, but I'm fairly sure I wouldn't. My hubby teasingly tells me he thinks I enjoy taking my work out more than I do the actual work.
I do say, it's your quilt, you do what makes you happy!!
