I usually just pin the pleats and place the second piece of background fabric on top and sew the seam but in this tutorial I did it in two steps so you could see it. Here is the picture of the background fabric on top, sewn and trimmed to 1/4 inch seam allowance.[ATTACH=CONFIG]525853[/ATTACH]
