I use Joann's 50% off sale for some of my personal batting. For charity batting (90% of my quilting is for the Bible camp quilt auction or for Project Linus) I buy Hobbs 80/20 from them directly using their charity batting program (no 501c3 documentation needed). I also occasionally find wonderful deals on packaged batting at garage and estate sales. Most recently I found Thermore and Hobbs wool.
