Gorgeous work!!!! I do sections and the wavy batting technique, so there are no weak lines/areas when quilting. I hand baste the batting together in a zig zag pattern. I hate dealing with a large cumbersome quilt on my DSM...even though I have the Janome 8900 with the large harp space, so the sectioning technique works for me. This may sound crazy, but I "Spot spray", by section.. not the whole thing...enough to hold things together. I don't like the overspray problem and mess..works for me, and saves on the spray.
