I ride an exercise bike 1/2 hour as soon as I get up and watch the weather channel. Then I walk 1 mile after breakfast and then after dinner around 700pm I walk another mile. I am 81 years old and have always done this years ago I did Debbie Reynolds and Paige Palmer exercises but now I just ride bike and walk.
