I had my knee replaced 3 months ago. I just bought a new bike and love it. I have been trying to ride 20 miles or more 3x a week. I also try to get in some walking but I don''t really enjoy that as much. I also just got a bike rack to put on my car (yard sale $3 ) I live close to a bike path but there are many others around here. I recently added a little bit of weights. I have a fitbit zip and try to get 10,000 steps a day. I am going ot try a spinning class as I enjoy them also. I work at a school and have to go back to work August 24th. I will have to adjust my exercise then. I could ride my bike to school as it is about 8 or 10 miles but there isn't a shower and there are a couple of big hills. Since my knee replacement I am still not too good with hills.
