community
it's that time of year again----Nat'l night out is august 4th. Last year I made a black/white quilt called Yin/Yang. this year i promised another quilt to be given away in drawing at our community get together.
I used left over pieces of last years quilt and added a few more. I call this quilt "Community" as just as the myriad of different prints go together to make a pleasing array of designs, so also does a community come together with a variety of people of various backgrounds, ethnicity,religion,etc to blend into a cohesive whole. you may not get a choice of neighbors but you will get a diversity among them.
