A friend has asked me to make a cot quilt for her newborn grand-son. She sent me the fabric for it and said if there was enough left, could I maybe make a pillow cover. I asked her what size and she couldn't tell me. As anyone got an idea how large/small a cot pillow has to be??? Thanks for your help
