Quilters World made a comment about it on facebook today. Try contacting them, or check their website, magazines, etc.
Tried to find it on their FB and apparently it's a project a reader did and uploaded the pic....there's NO info about it at all. Got very frustrated with their FB page in general! Will save this thread as a pdf so maybe can do it from that.
