I have a Hinterberg frame and it's well made. If you have a machine with a 9" throat, it will work for you. If you would latter want to get a larger machine (mid-arm, 15" throat), you would need to get the pieces to make it a "stretch frame". That's what I did. But for a start, it's a good price, and since you have the room, go for it
