Default Wild Rice Chicken Artichoke Salad

I've been following the thread about recipes for hot weather and after making this realized this is my favorite recipe for summer meals. It is best if made several hours or a day before eating. No exact measurements - suit it to your tastes. Serve cold. I hope you enjoy it!

1 box Uncle Ben's long grain & wild rice, prepared as directed and cooled
3-4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
handful of black olives, sliced
1/2 red or green bell pepper, diced
1-2 green onions, sliced
handful of slivered almonds
1 small jar of marinated artichoke hearts, reserve liquid and chop artichokes
1-2 teaspoons curry powder, to taste
1/3 to 1/2 c. mayo or salad dressing
Combine artichoke liquid, mayo and curry. Set aside.
Combine rest of ingredients. Stir in mayo mixture. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
