I'm watching Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives with Guy Fieri and they have just made Yorkshire Puddings on which they've served bangers and mash. I'm a Southern Belle, but my mama was a Yankee cook, so I grew up with Yorkshire Pudding at occasional Sunday dinners, served with roasted beef or especially lamb roast.
Anybody else here familiar with Yorkshire Pudding?
{For those who don't know, bangers are sausages and Mash is mashed potatoes.}
