Got started on Alice last night and she was demanding all of my concentration! Only got pieces A & B done, mostly because I was making dinner at the same time, and going back and forth from the kitchen to the sewing machine. The good news is that my new strategy for the foundations has seemed to solve the ink running issue (thanks for the tips on the laser printing causing the problem).
Yay! I also posted my Addie and Aimee pictures finally! Won't make much progress tonight, but have my fingers crossed that I can finish Alice on Thursday night and Ann over the weekend.
I love all the blocks posted so far! It gives me a lot of ideas on how to pair colors/prints. I tend to go monochromatic and everything ends up one color of varying shades. I love that look, but really like that I'm learning from you guys.
