I am doing satin stitch finish on the fusible shapes... this one was a real challenge especially those martini glasses! Another challenge was... the pattern states the appliqué shapes have been reversed for fusible...but not on the pattern I received! ( I didn't buy the kit and a staff member took the pattern into the back room and said she verified that it was correct before I went through the till with the rest of my purchases) and yes the sand fabric was purchased there. I managed to change out the ones that really needed it, but was disappointed that the K especially in the kite looks a little odd because I just didn't want to re-do it!
