Default Triangle tip

I am getting ready to cut 4 large setting triangles to put a center medallion on point. The long edge will be on the bias because I want the straight edge on the outer edge of the top. Before cutting my bias edges on the triangle, I have ironed in the 45* line and marked it with my Frixion pen. I have sewn a scant 1/4 inch line on either side of the drawn line. A little safeguard to help control stretching when stitching it onto the center medallion. " A little prevention is worth a pound of cure."
