DM & I drove from Brady to Dime Box TX (East of Austin) yesterday to check on DGM's grave. Last March ti was horrible! In May DM & I had driven up there & she hired a guy to set up a concrete border all around both o' my DGP's & my DGGP's graves then add gravel over the top. Well it has rained so much in that part of TX that the guy wasn't able to get in there to do it till recently. He met us at the grave site at 2:00, we approved it & paid him. We then stopped & saw one of my DM's cousins. On the way down there we had encountered quite a bit of road construction so we came back a different way. It took a bit longer but was a nice drive.

Got home (Brady) at about 11:00pm.
