I am using a lot of Maywood Shadowplay on a Bargello at the moment and find the same raveling problem. I'm sewing 1" to 1 1/2" pieces together and always need to remove one or two threads from the top end. But then I have the same thing happening with the Black Moda fabric, too! Ah, well for a wall hanging it will be fine.
