I have a question for anyone. I love this idea, and would have never thought of it. I was given a very large piece of fabric that is quite thin, but perfect little pictures all over for a child. I want to make small blanket--can't think of the name of them, for a baby. My intention is to make a flannel back and the cotton quilting fabric for the front. I saw it done on You Tube. Would it work if I ironed the soft fusible webbing on the back of the thin fabric before I sew it to the flannel back? Would it be too stiff for a baby? And someone else asked if it would crinkle when washed. ??? Waiting not to patiently for an answer, and thanks in advance. TIA
