Still working on getting it to sew consistently. it can make a stitch or two every now and then but its not doing it reliably. we are pretty sure the problem is based on thread thicknes. this machine is pretty specific that the lower thread needs to be significantly thinner than the upper thread. By the way this is a doublechain stitch machine that uses a spool of thread on top and bottom. All of the shiny parts are actually silver plated.
