Default Table Runner for daughter...

My daughter bought her first home recently & I wanted to bring her a house-warming gift when we go to see it. I liked the curved flying geese, so I decided to try it. As I was sewing it together, I decided to play with the pieces and see what else I could do with them. This is what I came up with. It was a free pattern from Quilter's Newsletter called Winter Snowfall. My husband said to add some color when I was done, so I added a light orange border. I'm still thinking of doing some quilting on this, but I kind of like the way it came out. I may even make another one with different colored flying geese around a yellow or light orange center circle. I think it would be startling! I just haven't worked with a lot of curves & wanted to see if I could do it this time.
