You should be able to use the Brother PED Basic reader/writer box & card forr your machine. In fact, you can buy it for the price of maybe 2 or 3 cards. They have gotten expensive because they are getting rare. Do some searching...ebay, Walmart on line, Amazon..etc for the best price. Betcha you can find it 'ay under' $100. Your best bet..can then D/L free designs from the internet sites!
