I've taken the plunge. I bought 5 yards of "sky" fabric for the background. I'm thinking the white snowmen will need two layers of white so the blue doesn't show through. Anybody ever do double applique to avoid the background showing through the white? Any other methods to avoid this probem?
I just watched Sewing with Nancy this morning & she said to use iron on pellon 1st & then use the wonder under for thin or white fabric.
