One of the best things about the Cathedral Window quilt is it's portability. You can make the squares and join them by machine if you like but still put the color in by hand any where. My Mom joined hers by hand also and did it sections and did over a long period of time. If you like hand work it's the one to do, and when they are all joined it's done.
