when you are on the home page for all the pictures prt of the forum, upper left corner, push "post new thread". Then you will see a screen you can type whatever you want with a ton of icon at the top. Tap the teeny tiny get your glasses icon that looks like a framed tree. From there it will ask you if you want to post from the web or from your own files. I go to "from my computer ". (Actually my iPad). And choose the pictures I want from my already saved photos.
