My New Baby!

After a long wait and a long search, I finally have a new (to me) vehicle! Tuesday I bought a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica...and she's purple! So now as soon as the title and registration arrives in the mail, my nephew and I will be driving to California! I flew out there in April and spent two weeks with my best friend and I used her sewing machine while I was there to make a cushion and cover for her wheelchair. She told me before I left that her eyesight was getting too bad to be able to sew, so she wanted me to have her machine. It's a Kenmore in a cabinet that belonged to her mother, and she wanted it to go to someone who she knew would use it. It has all of the cams and attachments with it, plus a few extra feet that her mother bought. So now that I have found a vehicle that is big enough to haul it, and since I was able to get it for about half of what I was thinking I'd have to spend, I have enough money left over to make the trip! California here we come!!! 😄
