I had a small piece of decorator fab that someone gave me, so I decided to try this pattern. I did not use interfacing for mine either. Used a good sturdy piece of cardboard for the bottom. (One that came in a package of scrapbooking paper.) After using the bag for about a month, I have decided it is a GREAT size for groceries. Now I need to find more dec. fab. at a good price to use to make some more. Thrift stores...here I come!
