Since it's made by JUKI I'm glad you got it.
I've looked all over the internet and even sent JUKI emails, but have found nothing and got no replies from JUKI. I'm sort of at a stalemate.
It will take a standard Class 15 bobbin case, don't buy a cheap one, and of course uses standard 15x1 needles. You can get everything you'll need except for the hard parts at Sew-Classic.
Just checked my Clones From A to Z file and I think your machine would have been badged as a Hoover. Here's a pic of the one I have in my file:

The decal on the arm is what I think yours was originally.
