Many, many comments here hit home .....don't be phony, if you've nothing nice to say, don't say anything....if something has been said by someone else exactly as you would have said it, that's enough...yes, my computer makes me re-sign in every time I make a comment and go back to where I was reading, real put-off.....if I commented on everything every day I'd never get anything else done but I do enjoy the pictures, the workmanship and the talent. I post a picture when I'm asked to do so as in doing a mug rug, a round robin or a row quilt....other than that, I put so much time and energy into making a quilt I'm quite happy to just package it up and send it on it's way! For me, the fun was in doing it, meeting a challenge or making someone happy. Commenting on every picture, to me, is like promising all 400 people you graduated with that you'll always keep in touch but you don't because LIFE keeps happening.
