Are they about 4"x8" (including the black sashing?) If so, I would divide the amount into quarters and sew them together in groups of 15 to a row--sewing the black sashing to coloured body of the next block. Then cut 1.5" strips from the black and sew to one side of the first strip. Now sew the next strip to the sashing BUT turn the strip up side down--if you started the first row with the black at the top, start this row with the coloured at the top. Continue like this until you have put together all the blocks. If my initial size estimate was right, you would then have a throw that was approx 60"x43" before borders. It would look similar to Elise1's Passport quilt in this post except that it would
have the blocks going sideways.
oops just read what had been posted while I was posting and I agree with the two previous posters. The white strips would make a person lean towards the Illusions pattern.
