I much prefer the first pic. In my humble opinion, you will be doing your beautiful fabrics an injustice to mix them all up. Also, you run the risk of it looking tooooo busy, tooooo jumbled, tooooo scrappy! There are many patterns that are lovely in scraps . . . but this bento does not please the eye all mixed up. Just one among many opinions, I know, but the first blocks are so pretty and when you mix the boxes, you will have variation anyway. Thanks for reading and considering.
