I believe that is a current Moda fabric, and the pattern is vogue #V8140.
The swimming bag is a McCall m5119. I don't recommend it at all. I ended up having to re-think the finish on it so there was no raw edges to the finish. I hand hemmed the edges to the whole straps so it wasn't raw. That was a crazy "finish"!
