Well, I didn't start until September 14th, but at least I have started. I am down 4 1/2 pounds. I know a couple of those were water weight. I am okay with it. I am getting back into a healthier eating habit and bringing my husband along, too. We'll see where I go at the end of the month. One.week.at.a.time.
