Pie crust
1 1/3 cups flour
1/3 tsp salt
1/3 cup oil
3 tbsp ice water
Mix flour and salt with a fork. In a measuring cup mix the oil and ice water. (If I have time I chill the oil also). Quickly pour the oil/ water into the flour and stir with a fork just until it comes together. Roll between 2 sheets of waxed paper. Peel off the top paper and carefully flip it into the pan. Bake and enjoy.
I use this recipe all the time with both regular and GF flour. Makes a really good crust.
