Welcome! Sorry you are having problems with your Viking. I love all mine, but they are older models. If you can provide us with a list of your top needs in a machine we can probably give you better suggestions. Meanwhile, I would go to a thrift store or a generic vacuum/sewing repair place and get an inexpensive older machine. You need a backup!
