Our group did something similar some years ago, but the receiver was to give finished item to giver for their birthday, inside the bag was identifying information. Since my birthday is in December, when everyone is so busy I decided to put in an easy apron panel. So, to my shock, the woman who got my bag was a true quilt published artist! If I had even dreamed she would get my bag I would have put several good fabrics in it. LOL Plus, in the meantime we were unexpectedly transferred out of state, I never even received the apron back.
