You might as well get the regular bulb, it seems to be the quickest solution. Remember not to insert anything above 15W (it will burn the the lamp). I know there are LED for the treaded socket, they are not always easy to find though. I did a search, and I can't really recommend a place to order from. It has to be an E14 socket, the bulb can vary a bit in length but has to be pretty close to 2 centimeter in diameter, less than an inch, 0.8 or something like that. I can find it for 240 Voltage, but not for US 110V when I search on ebay. This project needs a bit of patience and persistence
It's a standard size, it should be worth asking in a local store with a good selection in light and bulbs too.
