The credit goes to Angelia, she mentioned she might use this pattern as a Quilt of Valor. Since I was getting ready to make another QofV I asked if she minded if I borrowed her idea. This is what I came up with. I wanted the "woven ribbon" to be the white stars, but didn't have enough. But I like this, I think it will be a nice quilt. The background is actually white, it looks a bit blue-ish in the picture.

P.S. Needed 192 HSTs and dreaded the thought of marking all those squares and then trimming them. Had forgotten all about my Strip Tube Ruler! Yes, the blocks are on the bias, but done in a fraction of the time.
