Sorry to say it, but were it me, I'd have to change it. With a plaid that large it bothers me that none of the segments line up, so I'd have to go with a different fabric altogether.
Of course, having said that, all that really matters is whether or not you can live with it. From you asking for opinions, I'm thinking not.
