it was an online swap.
It works like this; 20 people sign up and make 20 blocks all the same and then they send them to the hostess and she swaps them out and gives one of each block to everyone. then ships them back. Strict rules are followed with making the blocks to ensure proper size, quality, theme ect. It is lots of fun.
