If others have had problem, don't hesitate to ask the designer espeically if her email address is on the pattern.
Some designers will have you sew your fabric strips into a loop. I don't like cutting because half of the fabric you can't see. To get the movement in your quilt, you have to move the strip down one position. It is easier to do that but un-sewing the seam between the top and bottom fabric of that row. Then I always number the rows as I go along so not to get them mixed up when I start stitching them together. Hope these pictures can help.

Lay out your strips per diagram
Sew the strips together when all the strips have been made.
