Thanks everybody! Great ideas! I took the EASY way out on this one and STID it as I needed to get it done and move on to next project. I will be making some more of these so will try all your suggestions. I TOO like the swirly designs on straight lines. Will be making more table toppers and table runners for Christmas so I'll have plenty to practice on.... thanks again ! Can always count on quick replies from The Quilting Boards talented people.
