I have to say this....when I was 39...I was dreading turning 40 (can u believe it?) lol...anyway, a month and a half before my bday, I had emergency surgery for cancer. The first oncologist said ...nothing we can do for you. The next one said with very aggressive chemo, 20% chance of survival....Well I am here, and NOW I am thrilled every year to make another one lol....SO it is all in your perspective. :)
