Labeling something "Heavy Duty" doesn't make it heavy duty. From what I've seen, just the opposite.
That sticker looks like someone added it. I hope it wasn't to fool people into buying the machine.

EDIT I took a closer look. It looks like it's set up to sew with heavier thread than normal. Still, I have my doubts about how well it could handle a steady diet of heavy material.
