With all the rain, one can't do much outside work so I decided to build a case to hold the 1922 66 Red Eye. All I need to do to the 66 is locate a spring for the bobbin winder and either add a motor/controller or a hand crank. The case is fabricated from cedar fence board short pieces from a fencing job. Since it is a "Red Eye", I decided to use red felt to trim it out. I added a few pics for your viewing pleasure. The wood was stained with dk. walnut and top coated with 2 coats of wb poly satin finish.
