Default Autumn love

When my daughter moved back home, she asked me if we could do a make over of her bedroom. Since I have never made a quilt for her bed here in the US, we decided to make one but with a twist on a traditional style quilt. She loves rustic quilts and autumn colors so we chose a pattern from the American Patchwork & Quilting magazine October 2014 issue. She instantly fell in love with this pattern and she picked the colors that were suitable for her room. So I started working on a queen size bed quilt right away. I was able to make 432 diamonds 1 1/2" long. I also used poly -fil extra loft batting. When I finished the bed, I also did the curtains. I used a silk fabric that I already had and I quilted the side holders of the curtains. So now after about a month of hard work, I'm posting a before and after picture of the room.
