Has anyone added a stitch regulator to a Voyager 17/Hinty setup?
I have the opportunity of buying a used stitch regulator from someone who has upgraded her Voyager to a robotics system. This stitch regulator does not include the encoders, which hopefully I can get from Nolting. I called Nolting, but they said to call back once I get the stitch regulator so they can figure out exactly what I need.
I'm pretty sure my Hinty frame has the upgraded carriage needed for the stitch regulator. I am just nervous because I don't know how the encoders work or how complicated it will be to get the additional parts I will need.
