This is a quilt with a sordid past... It was originally going to be for my ex, then he became my ex. My ex tried
to have the judge make me finish it and give it to him. The judge laughed at him. Anyway, I needed a blanket for one of my kids in a hurry, so did some FMQ and the binding so it could be used. HATED the FMQ. Decided to hand quilt the open squares and borders, and just not use it more than necessary. well, now it is my practice quilt. I use it to practice hand quilting from time to time. My stitches are not the smallest or most even, but so far I have not used any patterns or anything. Basically, doodling with thread
