I enjoy the hand sewing of the binding to the back of the quilt, hand quilting (which I find very relaxing) and needle-turn appliqué. I have always enjoyed hand sewing whether it was crewel or regular embroidery. Not a fan of cross stitch though. My eyes don't travel along the lines of the weave very well. Too stressful for me. LOL
